My day is riddled with social media. My job very much depends on it, since I am the Social Media Manager. Typically, my day will start with me popping into Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to verify that my releases went out and look professional with no glitches or mishaps that require my attention. Moving from work to personal I check my Instagram feed. This is where I typically tell my story of family, working out, marathon training, or cycling. Facebook is another place that I will display my personal brand. Here is mostly my training, and not my family. There are a few applications that take up my time. SocialDraft being my bread and butter. This is the platform where I set up my social media content and calendar for my work releases.

Facebook has become the least of my favorites to work with these days. It's still one I use often due to the high amount of exposure it can provide, but I don't like the what it has turned into. Instagram by far taking the lead as my favorite. The simplicity yet how advance it has become for telling a story. LinkedIn is a pretty amazing platform, and continues to improve. This is a product of continual learning and understanding. In my professional setting it's hard to to have needs satisfied by just one product. For networking and for client building LinkedIn is hard to beat. For advertising and just being present Facebook and Twitter hold that award. For my personal interest Instagram does majority of what I need and want.
Like most peoples inboxes, mine is also plagued with junk mail. It really takes the right sentence to grab me. And usually the only one's I'll open are from stores that I'm interested in possibly going to purchase something.
Digital Marketing is everywhere. Its the cheapest most accessible, cheapest, and easy to maintain. No matter where you are on the internet there are ads blinking in your face. Digital marketing has advanced so much that it knows what your looking for on Amazon or google and almost spot on predicts what you want before you can type it into the search bar.
