As an individual and not a company, I’m an individual
consumer. The decision to purchase for me usually boils down to the longevity
of the use of the product in my life. For purchases, other than my basic needs
my normal process does take a little longer than most, I do research and find
out what has been said about it by experts and then read reviews on what other
consumers say about the product. If it is an electronic or car, I will do
research on what problems have presented themselves or what the safety ratings
are. Then comes the price research and see who has the most competitive price.
If the price is the same at most places, I usually purchase by the company that
I have the most confidence in. If they accept returns or what the policy is for
fixing the item. Due to the fact that I love saving money, I usually have litte remorse after purchasing. Especially when it comes to things that aren’t
really needed.
